The SC/AV59 matrix plugs into the headset jack of the Avcom PSA65x series of spectrum analyzers. This jack contains audio on the tip contact and wideband I.F. output with subcarrier information on the ring contact. The matrix permits rapid switching between the Avcom and SCD-5 Sub Carrier detector while using a single headset.
